The 2020/2021 NPFL season will kickoff on December 6, 2020 as the league body, The LMC has released the fixtures.
The kickoff date initially set for November 15th will now shift to December 6th.
Adamawa United will take on Kano Pillars in the opening match of the season.
other matchday one fixtures includes some derbies:
Akwa United vs Dakkada in the orange derby while Enyimba FC will tackle Abia Warriors in the Abia derby.
The reason for the change in date has not been revealed.
The season will end on July 4, 2021.
