Osimhen Scores First Serie A goal, Celebrates With #EndPoliceBrutality Message
Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, has banished any thought of a goal drought when he finally scored his first Serie A goal for SSC Napoli in their 4-1 win over Atalanta.

Osimhen got his breakthrough goal in the 43rd minute after effortlessly controlling a long cross from goalkeeper David Ospina on his chest, turned and sent a low powerful shot beyond Atalanta goalkeeper.
Earlier in pre-season the 21-year-old striker was in red-hot form for Napoli during their warm-up games, scoring back-to-back hat-tricks against L’Aquila and Teramo.

Fans however got worried after he featured in two Serie A games without finding the back of the net. That is not to say his impact wasn’t felt in those games, especially their 2-0 victory over Parma which he was awarded the man of the match.
The super eagles striker led Napoli’s attack in a 4-2-3-1 formation, and he celebrated with a shirt with an #EndPoliceBrutality Inscription.

Lozano scored a brace in the 23rd and 27th minute, with Politano scoring in the 30th minute.
Having gone 4-0 down in the first half, Atalanta finally scored their consolation goal in 69th to end their fine start to the season.
Napoli now sits at third position with 8 points after losing 3 vital points for missing their game with Juventus.
