Out of the 21 players that attended the 2019 FIFA U17 world cup for Nigeria, Only Amoo has made the transition to senior football for now.
Further Joining Amoo is Tijani after debuting for his parent club, RB Salzburg in the UEFA champions league.
Earlier ex-Golden Eaglet captain, Samson Tijani, made his debut for RB Salzburg in a 3-1 win against LASK.

Tijani Samson’s Humble Beginnings
Tijani began his career in Nigeria with Collins Edwin Sports Club before joining RB Salzburg in July 2020.
He was sent on loan to Hartberg for his first season.
Furthermore, Tijani started this current season on loan at FC Liefering.
However, Tijani Samson got an unexpected promotion to the first team during the last winter break before making his debut.
“Everything is about pushing and working hard.” speaking to his club, Samson shared his journey to RB Salzburg.
