Sevilla Winger, Chidera Ejuke returns to the Super Eagles after getting listed in Coach Eguavoen’s 21-man list for the home-and-away 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya.

Inform Ejuke has been on fire for his new club, Sevilla in the league leading the La-Liga dribbling stats.

Coincidentally, Eguavoen was the last Nigeria coach to invite Ejuke to the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon.

Chidera Ejuke Returns To Super Eagles

Reigning Africa Player of the Year Victor Osimhen is missing because of injury, just like South Africa-based centre-back Olisa Ndah.

Also, Eguavoen listed Captain William Ekong, rave-of-the-moment Ademola Lookman, in-form winger Moses Simon, and others.

Wing-backs Olaoluwa Aina, Bruno Onyemaechi, and goalkeepers Stanley Nwabali and Maduka Okoya made the squad.

Defenders Oluwasemilogo Ajayi and Calvin Bassey, midfielders Wilfred Ndidi, Raphael Onyedika, and Alex Iwobi, and forwards Taiwo Awoniyi, Victor Boniface and Samuel Chukwueze.

Meanwhile, Bright Osayi-Samuel returns after missing the duels with Benin Republic and Rwanda last month.

Elsewhere, forward Kelechi Iheanacho, and midfielders Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Alhassan Yusuf Abdullahi, and Frank Onyeka are on the list.
