Tojemarine Academy coach, Abdulrauf Musa, has expressed his team’s confidence and determination to emerge victorious as the Ardova Handball Premier League reaches its climax.
The team, which has been dominant throughout the season, will face off against second-placed Rima Strikers in the final game of the season on Sunday.
“We are thrilled to have made it to the final day of the season, and we are confident that our team will emerge victorious,” said Coach Musa.
“We have worked hard to get to this point, and we are ready to take on any team that comes our way.”
Tojemarine Academy has amassed 20 wins from 21 games, earning them 61 points, and will be looking to cap off their impressive season with a win over Rima Strikers.
The team’s dominance has been evident throughout the season, and they will be looking to carry this momentum into the final match.
Safety Babes coach, also expressed her team’s excitement and determination, saying, “We have worked hard to get to this point, and we are ready to take on any team that comes our way. We are confident that we will emerge victorious and secure our fourth consecutive title.”

In the women’s category, Rima Queens will take on Imo Grasshoppers, while Lagos Seasiders will battle Adamawa Warriors. Correction Boys will also face off against Niger United.
In the men’s category, Tojemarine Academy will face Rima Strikers in a highly anticipated match, while Sunshine Kings will slug it out with Kano Pillars. Safety Shooters will also take on D: Defenders, and Defender Babes will play Safety Babes.
Some of the matches played on Saturday saw Seasider Babes defeat Bendel Dynamos 33-23, while Plateau Peacocks lost to Delta Queens 30-40. Rivers Queens also edged out COAS Babes 27-26.
In the men’s category, Tojemarine Academy defeated Benue Buffaloes 28-24, and Rima Strikers beat Sunshine Kings 40-33.
