Lookman, however, became a villain as Mignolet kept his spot-kick out at the hour mark after Cuadrado was brought down inside the box.
Meanwhile, despite Lookman scores on his return, Atalanta coach, Giasperini hit out at him for missing the penalty.
“Ademola Lookman is one of the worst penalty-takers I’ve ever seen”. “He wanted to take the penalty after scoring a goal, he took the ball despite Retegui and De Keteleare being available to take it… I didn’t like what Lookman did”.
Atalanta will shift their focus to Serie A where they are five points behind league leaders Napoli.
The Europa League champions will face Empoli on Sunday next.
