The coach of the Nigerian men’s basketball team has released the D’Tigers Afrobasket roster for the upcoming Men’s AfroBasket Championship in Angola.
Houston Rockets’ Josh Okogie is the only NBA player on the team and will get support from other top players.
Players who didn’t make the final roster include Fola Fayemi, Kareem Joseph, and Mohamed AbdulSalam.

Interestingly, Stan Okoye is the only active player remaining from the 2015 AfroBasket title-winning team.

Former D’tigers player and assistant coach, Mohammed Abdulrahman, will lead the coaching staff with Deji Akindele and Ikenna Smart as assistants.
